We at vaping-store.de want to make sure, that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you still want to return a product or request a refund, please note the following guidelines.
1.Return deadline
We offer a 30-day return policy from receipt of the goods.
You can submit a return request within this period, provided the requirements are met.
2.Return request – this is how it works
Please send us an email at vaping-store@outlook.com, to request your return.
Please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Full name
- Reason for return
Depending on the case, we can ask you, Send us photos and/or videos of damaged or defective items. In some cases, we provide you with troubleshooting steps, to simplify the return process and avoid return shipping costs.
If your return request has been approved, You will receive further return instructions from us.
3.Processing and reimbursement
As soon as we have received and checked the return, takes place:
Refund to original payment method (Credit card/PayPal account)
or credit / Exchange, depending on your wishes and case
Important: Refunds are only possible to the original method of payment. vaping-store.de is not liable, if the payment method is no longer available (z. B. expired prepaid cards or closed accounts).
4.Consumable items – non-returnable
For reasons of hygiene and safety, the following products cannot be exchanged or returned, provided they have been opened or used:
- E-Liquids
- Coils / evaporator heads
- Pods / Cartridges
- Disposable vapes
- Batteries and accumulators
Please report cosmetic defects, Transport damage, Shortages or incorrect items within 48 hours after delivery.
5.Return shipping costs
All return shipping costs are borne by the customer - regardless of the reason for the return.
6.Cancellations & Packet Denial
If your order has already been prepared for shipping, but you still cancel, we charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the order value.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
If a package is refused by the customer, There will be no reimbursement of costs, including shipping costs.
